I was in an Auto Accident at the beginning of this year and ended up with some severe injuries and, I just didn't really know where to turn to next. I was given a recommendation for Steiner, Greene and Feiner and so I called them. My Attorney Sam Levine immediately called me back and I am so happy that he did. Sam talked with me about the process and from there I had always felt like I was in good hands. I'm actually tearing up writing this because my case is closing now and I'm going to miss talking with him. Sam has been there for me throughout this whole process, he kept me informed of each step, if I had a question, he answered me right away, if he needed to update me, he called me right away. He was always easy to speak with, he was very professional but he was like Family too. I felt comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved all of my Doctors, I always felt safe with them too, they treated you like Family, I miss them too. Sam knows what he is doing, he is knowledgeable not only with law but, your injuries too which is nice because he knows what you're going through. I can't say enough about Sam, he's a great guy and he made this process easier and he got me the settlement I deserve so, I have to give him and Steiner, Greene and Feiner five Stars, I highly recommend them to everyone, they're on your side and they put their heart and soul into it. They did a great job of helping us with our hit and run case. They got doctors lined up for us, helped with all of the insurance paperwork, and were friendly and communicative throughout. After being new residents to FL it was nice to have some hand holding to make sure we made the most of our benefits. From accident to check in hand was 4 months, definitely efficient.

I felt like my attorney didn't fight for me. I paid out $3,000 that I could have used to buy a car ,out of $20,000. I had less than $6,000. I had no surgery; I drove to urgent care. Honestly, I don't know why I hired Steinger, Greene Law. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I had three witnesses in the car along with me. I was told by Mr. Garvin that the fact the insurance accepted to pay out for the personal injury means they are accepting fault, and they should the lady ran the red light. After that, I was informed that the insurance is only paying XYZ amount. From what I gathered, and trusting my attorney, I accepted. Now he's sent me an email telling me that I was found 50% at fault. Here in South Florida, if you're not the right shade of skin or speak the right language, you're in for a long ride.

First Phone call was full of a smile, patience, and activate listening. You have to admit ,we don't experience those excellent CS skills anymore. Nicole explained everything to me as to what would take place step by step, very knowledgeable. I didn't hear one sigh, as if she was being bothered, I didn't get rushed and talked over. What I got is what I asked for ( after confirming) I'm totally comfortable with my choice, as I literally was given everything I didn't ask for with another Law firm. I like Nicole so much that I let the other go and made my decision immediately, feeling comfortable.
It's just the beginning, when I'm done I'll be back to say " see I told you they were great" AS of now I absolutely would recommend anyone to this law firm. First impressions count, and usually how you start is how it ends.
